Return Policy

2.1 Cases of exchange and return

We support to exchange and return goods for you in the following cases:

– The product does not conform to the product description on the website
– The product is defective, does not guarantee quality (including (including product defects due to shipping)
– Products are wrongly delivered by us, missing

2.2 Exchange policy:

– Products can be exchanged only once within 7 days from the date of receipt.
– Exchange products must be unused, unopened products.
– In case the product is ordered during the promotion period, please exchange the product during the promotion period to apply the preferential price.

Step 1:
To return the product, please notify the hotline 1800 556 847 or send an email to, our staff will receive the current status of the product and guide you to return it.

Step 2:
In case you have been recorded to return the goods, we will contact the shipping department and waive all shipping fees for you. Returns within 7 working days.

Step 3: How to transfer products for exchange
When the return request is resolved, please pack the product as it was when you received the original goods (including products, gifts, accessories attached to the product) …if any) and send to Aeroco Coffee’s address ( within 7 days from the date of receipt and enclose:

– Value-added invoice (if any) or delivery note or purchase or purchase order.
– Accessories included with the product and accompanying promotions (if any).

***Note: Please remember the parcel code you send so that when you need to look up the information of the parcel to be exchanged, it will be more convenient and faster.

2.3 Commitment:
