STORY OF SPECIAL COFFEE FROM A SPECIAL FARM
Nestled beside the picturesque Eakao Lake, 12km southeast of Buon Ma Thuot city, Aeroco Coffee farm complements the natural beauty and peacefulness of the surrounding countryside in the central highlands of Vietnam. Aeroco Farm’s specialty coffee is made with passion, enthusiasm and precision, to create premium quality coffee for consumers, whilst utilizing sustainable processes.
The coffee beans from Aeroco Coffee farm are hand selected from coffee cherries grown organically and developed naturally, in order to produce only the premium and specialty coffee. Aeroco Coffee farms utilizes fully enclosed end-to-end processes in the production lifecyle from planting the seeds through to selective harvesting, processing, storage, roasting and packaging to ensure that the natural flavors of the coffee are preserved and every cup of Aeroco Coffee is rich in flavor and has its own unique aroma.
At Aeroco Coffefe Farm, we have the following processes:
– Wet process: The coffee cherries after picking will be peeled off, keeping the bean and husk that will be dried on the drying racks until reaching the required moisture, then they will be stored for further processes such as roasting. This wet process can balance coffee aroma and taste.
– Natural process: Coffee cherries after cleaning will be dried on the drying racks during some weeks or even 1 month. This process method gives coffee beans the best natural rich sweetness.
– Honey process: Coffee cherries after cleaning, fermentation will be processed. The skin and flesh will be removed, keeping bean and husk that are dried on the drying racks. The coffee husk after drying has yellow color like honey. Depend on coffee variety and sweetness, we can make different honey coffee such as white honey, red honey, black honey. This process method gives coffee beans naturally rich sweet flavor.
In addition to following the standards such as Rainforest Alliance, ISO 22000, HACCP CODEX Alimentarius, FDA (Mỹ) for the coffee processing, we proudly to achieve Arabica Champion (2020 and 2022), Best Favourite Robusta, Best Favourite Arabica at Vietnam Amazing Cup 2020, Second Prize Best Robusta (2022).
